Abstract

 Nowadays, in different countries, including Iran, managers of education centers aspired to strengthen the components of knowledge management systems and their influenced elements. Accordingly, this research paper aimed to determine and leveling the interrelationships between elements that impacts knowledge sharing systems (KSS) in educational centers with presenting internal relations model. To achieve this goal, the ISM technique is used. Data was collected by using a proper created questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed among 30 professors of Islamic Azad university-Tabriz Branch-as expert team. One of the main results was a four leveled model that has factors like: "the effect of face to face communication for knowledge sharing" and "openness in communication" in highest affecting level; and the factors like: "communication channels based on ICT for collecting and sharing knowledge" and "shared knowledge evaluation system for providing appropriate reward" have been identified as system infrastructures which have direct deriving but low dependency power. The Interpretation of the model of knowledge sharing elements indicates that with the view of systemic approach, for improving knowledge sharing process, the priorities must be with the elements that have more effect on the system.
