STUDY RELATION OF QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE OF ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY BASED ON MODEL AND TECHNIQUES OF WALTON

Abstract

 Qualities of work life and people PERFORMANCE are important issues of human resource which allocate important carefulness of clear sighted. The present research intends to investigate this subject through stating this question: "Is there any relation between QUALITY OF WORK LIFE and the personnel PERFORMANCE of Azad Islamic university Firoozkuh branch of prisons?''The research method is of descriptive and correlative type .Also the statistical population comprises all the Azad Islamic university Firoozkuh branch Prisons staff amounting to 150 employees. Using Morgan table, the sample space was set to 108 outcomes, and the sampling method used in this research, and two standard Achieve questionnaires of Walton model were used to examine the QUALITY OF WORK LIFE and PERFORMANCE questionnaire. Using Cronbach’s, reliability of questionnaires were 0/091 and 0/081.Analysis methods Includes, Spearman correlation, and Logistic Regression were utilized for data analysis, the results shows that all the primary and ancillary hypotheses were and showed significant.
