THE EFFECT OF HIDDEN LESSON PROGRAM FACTORS ON STUDENTS LEARNING IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOLS

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is to study the effect of HIDDEN CURRICULUM factors on students’ learning of high schools in sari. The research method is descriptive and 226 teachers are randomly selected and sampled as subjects. In order to collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire including 30 tests was used based on Likert Scale. SPSS software and a statistical method were applied at the descriptive and inductive levels to analyze the data.The results showed that school rules and disciplines, inter-individual relationships, mutual relationships between the teacher, the student and teachers, knowledge about effective factors on HIDDEN CURRICULUM play an important role in students’ learning.
