Abstract

In this paper, the author to evaluate the PUBLIC TRUST in public sector organization including all customers in public sector organization in Firouzkoh city. The statistical population is chosen based on a simple random method. The sample volume will determined by margin table and their opinion will be measured by a questionnaire. This questionnaire includes some questions provided by which the CLIENTs opinion will be measured as commitment to ethics, equity behavior with CLIENTs, RESPONSIVENESS, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, clearness and appropriate information and efficiency in service delivery in public sector organizations. For the validity of tool, a verdict method and for the reliability of the tools, Cronbach Alpha method is used and the result is equal to 89%. To examine the research questions, twosection nonparametric method and Spearmen coefficient by a significant level of 0.The results of collected information analysis indicated that there is a relationship between performance index, PUBLIC TRUST and organization performance of public sector isn’t more than medium limit in all performance areas.
