IDENTIFYING AND RANKING KEY EFFECTIVE FACTORS ON WEBSITE SERVICE PROVIDER (SITQUAL) IN ONLINE PURCHASES USING VIEWPOINT OF RAJA’S CUSTOMERS

Abstract

 Today in the competitive environment with growing E-shopping sites, identifying and attention to the need of customers is important. So companies are trying to suitable feasibility to this topic. The aim of this research is to identify and rank factors in attracting customers to buy online train tickets from the Raja co. Therefore, we tried after literature review of research; key factors investigated and confirmed research validity by Delphi technique with comments of using from five experts and university professors. Pre-test of 30 Internet buyers of this organization, validity with Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were calculated and confirmed. Finally 100 questionnaires to those who train ticket shopping experience from the company had collected and analyzed. Findings from data analysis showed a positive relationship between factors of "Quality Website (SITQUAL)" and "attitude customers to online purchases”. Ranking of indicators by Friedman test showed that "24-hour access to electronic services" is highest importance in online purchases. Finally, according to study findings, results and recommendations necessary to provide an appropriate model to improve electronic sales service the company was presented, which would make strategic decisions in this area and facilitator for strategic planners useful and beneficial.
