Abstract

Nowadays INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMMUNICATION plays an important role in different areas. One area that has been changed by entering information technology is training area. Therefore, in this research the effect amount of IT courses was studied on Training (Teachers) and Administrative Employees Efficiency of Intermediate schools. The total results show that IT courses have low outcome on benefiting from teachers IT tools and Training software in teaching, occurrence of creation and innovation, determining motivating practices for teachers, Using E-mails for connecting to parents of students and colleagues, filing performances of students in teachers’ files, designing exam questions, and statistical analysis; and medium outcome only on teachers ‘access to informational training aid resources from internet global network and introducing them to students. It is necessary designers and executives of running these courses, especially content designers IT courses, try more to develop and offer content suitable to teachers functions, because all information resulted from executed analyses confirm that implemented courses affected on their work performance but teachers did not benefit adequately from their suitable effects. Therefore, while accepting some software and hardware problems for applying mentioned findings by teachers, we have to mention that probably executed courses contents were lower, and this issue can be studies and be thought especially in future researches.
