Abstract

The main purpose of this study is investigation of barriers and providing appropriate solutions to establish a TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT system (TQM) in Mazandaran Cement Co (Neka). This study is an introduction to further researches in order to accurately identify barriers and affective factors to establish a TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT system. Statistical population of this study includes 110 managers, supervisors and experts in Mazandaran Cement Co (Neka) and sample volume based on Morgan table is 86.The standardized questionnaire is used for collecting data and the collected one is analyzed by SPSS using x2 test. Study results indicate confirmation of some hypotheses and rejection of others.
