STUDYING CUSTOMER LOYALTY (CASE STUDY: TEJARAT BANK OF TEHRAN)

Abstract

 This article firstly gives an overview about CUSTOMER LOYALTY. Based on Ndubisi and Nelson model (2007), important variables were extracted for providing a model and further study in an Iranians bank.  Since TEJARAT BANK was chosen as a case study, 200 questionnaires were distributed among the customers of mentioned Bank branches, from which 180 were collected, of which 172 were acceptable. Based on the descriptive and inferential   analysis, the hypotheses were examined. Relevant to the model, only hypothesis 4, 7, 8, 10 and 11, were confirmed, but hypothesis 1,2,3,5 and 9 were not accepted.
