Title

IDENTIFYING EFFECTIVE FACTORS ON ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST

Abstract

 The purpose of this article is to identify and measure ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST and its effective factors. initial litterateur study has shown factors like job group, alternative job opportunities, marriage, background in organization, salary, perceived decentralization by employees, autonomy, job recurrences, employee’s supervisor satisfaction, gender, and age can influence ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST.  Lutance’ questionnaire was used for measuring ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST amount. Morgan table for sample volume and categorial random and random methods for selecting samples were used. Statistical methods have been spearman’s rank correlation coefficient, nonparametric tests of Mann- Whitney U, and Kruscal – Wallis. Hypothesis test results show that recurrences, employees’ supervisor satisfaction, autonomy, and perceived decentralization have significant relation to ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST and men’s ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST is more than women’s and trust amount of research unit was more than other units.
