Title

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING WITH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AMONG FACULTY MEMBERS IN ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY

Abstract

 This study primarily aimed to investigate the relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE and ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT among FACULTY MEMBERS of Islamic Azad University, Marvdasht Branch. The population of this descriptive-correlational study consisted of FACULTY MEMBERS. Using a simple accidental sampling procedure, 74 FACULTY MEMBERS were selected and responded to the questionnaires. The data of the study came from three questioners, that is, ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE questionnaire with reliability index of 0.79, ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING questionnaire with reliability index of 0.85, and KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT questionnaire with reliability index of 0.96. The data were analyzed through step by step Multivariate Regression and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Meanwhile, the following results were obtained: There was a significant relationship between organization culture and ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT. There was a significant relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE and dimensions and KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT. There was a significant relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING dimensions and KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT.
