Abstract

Information is a basic element in decision making for awareness of people. Right information will support the people to get more empowerment on social and cultural aspects.Application of media and Information COMMUNICATIONS technologies (ICT) especially Satellite broadcasting, fiber and INTERNET networks would help to individuals and group access to new information from distances just by a computer modem and telephone lines by connecting to INTERNET and cyberspace. In fact, Globalization would possible with new communication technologies (ICT).Information communication Technologies were changed conditions of services to customers in the area of medicine and created new ways to HEALTH services. Also, ICT had more effected to HEALTH programs, HEALTH services in society.In the comparison of traditional media with new communication technologies or interactive media there are some positive benefits in the offer of public HEALTH which included: -Better access to individual s information in the area of heath-Essay access of HEALTH professionals to information of p patients-More option for customers
