Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of prices of agricultural land in the city of Saveh Nobaran District Diem, the method is Hedonic. in order To estimate the equation, the data from the city of Saveh Agriculture and Water and Soil Lab barking Darwin city of Saveh, Agricultural Jihad Organization of the city Nobararan in crops 2014-15 extracted Diem. The number of agricultural land in the city of Saveh 614 pieces an area of approximately 20000 hectares is Nobaran. In the estimation model based on Cochran formula, 302 have been used. The effect of variables Land area, distance to the center of the village, away from the city center, distance from the nearest paved road, slope, soil texture and soil carbon content, the value of the land intended. According to results of the model, variables silty-sandy texture and increase soil carbon content, the positive impact of prices of agricultural land.
