Abstract

Many reasons and causes necessitate concentration of the concerted action to spread the culture of revival for every general issue and affair of Muslims, and propagating of the literature of dialogue in Islam, and deepening its conceptions. In fact, the responsibilities borne by those men of knowledge and good opinion in this Ummah, are becoming bigger and greater, so as to achieve this noble task, where there is no way to elevate highly the Islamic world and develop its societies, and their levels of life except for the way of revival which should reach all the different sides and numerous contexts of life in the Islamic lands. So,it should cover all the ijtihadi jurisprudential sects, and the programmes of the Islamic thought. It should include the approaches of the Islamic da'wah (call to Islam) and the programmes of learning, training, education, constitution, and qualifications.On the other side, it should deal, too, with the economic, political, and social systems, and cover all the types of the constant life. Hence, it is necessary to arrange this action within a perfect framework, encompassing all the categories of human activities including all the levels.It should also emanate from the belief that the Islamic world is in dire need to deep and comprehensive renewing and revival, aiming at the establishment of the great civilizatory structure on the firm and strong bases dealing with the challenges and their problems.
