Abstract

Abstract in English: Ferdowsi is one of the most famous epic poets of the world and is one of the luminaries of the Persian literature.The present article has a comparative look at this great poet’s eternal work and HOMER’s epic who was a blind Greek poet. By a profound look at both works similarities and differences can be noticed which is the main subject of the present article. It is also attempted to make these similarities and differences of these two epic works apparent. Abstract in French: Au nom de Dieu de l’âme et de la sagesse Qu’aucune pensée ne peut le dépasser Ferdossi est l’un des plus connus poètes épiques du ,onde. Les poèmes de son recueil épiques «Chah namé», illustrent l’histoire de l’ancienne perse et les croyances populaires. Dans cet article, nous nous intéresserons donc surtout aux ressemblances et aux différences entre Chah-namé et L’Iliade et Odyssée et nous essaierons d’en comprendre le caractère et la mentalité de leur poète.
