Abstract

Process-oriented Secularism and modernism in Iran and the West has double the idea of the intellectual default in Iranian society. Weak and inefficient groups and leftist and nationalist ideas of Secularism and the Islamic Revolution of the 1320s and the occurance of the religious, Traditional and secular forms the questions in this article. What wa the nature of the relation between the Traditional and religious values whichled to the down fall of secular regime of Shah in 1979 revollution? What were the weaknesses of secular regime which contributed to the collaps of Shah's regime? Findings indicate that the forces of secular regime of Shah failed to communicate with grassroots as opposed to the clergy that had bases Mosques in every parts of the nation which made it possible to have grassroots communication.
