Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to determine the impact of group Education based on SNYDER’S HOPE THEORY on the rate of HAPPINESS in eldery’s life in Isfahan. The sample included eldery women who were residents in sadeghiye retirement home in Isfahan. To do this, 30 women were selected randomly to experimental and control groups, then intervention of group Education based on SNYDER’S HOPE THEORY was applied for the experimental group. Axford HAPPINESS questionnaire was the instrument used in this research. The result showed that considering pre-test as a variable, interventions of group Education based on SNYDER’S HOPE THEORY was led to happy to increase the elderly’s life.
