Abstract

Locating of service centers, such as HOSPITALs have several considerable costs. Therefore, an efficient comprehensive locating regarding to several practical conditions, can help designers and different urban planners. In this paper, a mathematical programming model is proposed such that the demands of several areas are considered at three levels-general, professional, and full professional- for 10 years planning horizon. The construction costs of several HOSPITALs are reported. The proposed model determines the optimal structure of the problem such as location, type, exact capacity of each HOSPITAL. A CASE STUDY in Isfahan province is studied. Several analyses illustrate the efficiency of the proposed model in order to find an efficient solution for the considered problem.
