Abstract

 The issue of SUPPLIER SELECTION cannot be the only criterion for selection of suppliers is the price as SUPPLIER SELECTION problem a multi-criteria decision making problem which includes both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as price, quality of goods and services, delivery time and so that these measures may themselves include the following ones. In the real world due to inaccurate information and make decisions based on inaccurate information expressed in linguistic terms. So close to real decisions in the cases of the theory of fuzzy sets can be used. This paper presents a hybrid model and FUZZY TOPSIS for multi-objective goal programming problem of selecting suppliers and allocating orders to suppliers paid. In the first part of the model due to the use of inaccurate and ambiguous language, such as words, the combined application of fuzzy set theory and group decision-making, though with TOPSIS Interest Weights as the input to the coefficients obtained from the first part of the first objective in multi-objective model employed. In the second part of the planning application and development of software an ideal multi LINGO10, allocating orders to suppliers is done. According to the results obtained by solving the two-stage model can be argued that the proposed model is able to Taking into consideration the qualitative and quantitative criteria and limitations of SUPPLIER SELECTION and allocation simultaneously in order to address the problem solving In a way that satisfies multiple objectives is to reach satisfactory levels. Finally, the hybrid approach for clarification and interpretation of the model is applied to oil companies.
