Abstract

In recent years, the world witnessed an unprecedented growth in the awareness to the corruption consequences. International organizations, governments and civil society institutions are evaluating corruption as a serious obstacle to the realization of citizenship rights, democracy, and quality development, stability of national and international. Hence, it is essential that effective policies and measures to combat corruption be developed. One of these steps is identifying the CAUSES OF CORRUPTION strategies for dealing with it. In this paper the background of research and literature was described, and then a number of factors identified. Then, they have been ranked by AHP. In addition, the best alternatives have been determined by indentation of the suggested alternative for dealing with corruption and their prioritization by TAPSIS technic. The Research sample is tax administration of Isfahan. The information required is collected by questionnaire and library. The findings suggest that the importance of corruption causes is different and particular attention should be paid to the most important factors to solve the problem of corruption.
