Abstract

Lack of attention to cognition of the factors affecting the process reengineering implementation will causes the reengineering projects failure, time and money waste. Therefore it is necessary to identify and prioritize the organization readiness factors to implement processes reengineering in order to improve the situation and create appropriate infrastructure for reengineering projects implementation. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting the organization readiness to implement processes reengineering using FUZZY DEMATEL and F-GANP combined method. To this end, the factors affecting the organization readiness divided into 7mainand 17sub-factors and their importance was calculated by FUZZY DEMATEL and Fuzzy Group ANP combined method. The research results showed that factors related to top management, and changes in management systems have the greatest importance for reengineering implementation in Iranian companies and it is imperative for companies to pay more attention to these factors before attempting to implement of process reengineering.
