Abstract

Integrated logistics network design, induced by various forms of return, has received growing attention throughout this decade. In these networks, several criteria are integrated and modeled with mathematical programming. In this paper a mathematical model is designed to find the optimal solution to the facility capacity arrangement among the potential facility locations, as well as the associated transportation flows between each two locations for this multicommodity problem. Then the problem is solved in a small size and numerical results are presented.
