Abstract

In this article, the researchers counducted form grouping model of Dr. Chal bi (1375). The researchers chose two social levels (top official and layman) for grouping situation in Iran. The research was done in industrial factories of Garmmsar. Two groups of population like engineers (white collar) and labors (blue collar) were selected as a sampling to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire covers seven indicators of the survey progress motivation as work priority, hard working, success value, independence from family, planning, internal and external INCENTIVE.The results indicated that social status has an effect on progress motivation.These progress motivation are wishes level, self-esteem, job satisfaction, training of child hood and fate. Running statistic ways of person coefficient and different analysis showed high officials have high self-esteem and high levels have more progress motivation than laymen.
