THE EFFECT OF LIFE WORK QUALITY ON SOCIAL CAPITAL OF THE STAFF’S RAJA COMPANY

Abstract

WORK LIFE QUALITY is as a human resources – motivative – oviented approach which has private and work life balance and improvement of organization and individual performance. Improment of WORK LIFE QUALITY level causes improvement of job satisfaction, reinforcement of better management learning and improvent of human resources spirit of organization.In this research, the effect of WORK LIFE QUALITY on SOCIAL CAPITAL of the staff’s Raja company has been studied in a was of descriptive – Surrey. The general objective of this study is the identifivation of the effect of work life qualification on SOCIAL CAPITAL of the staff’s Raj Company. To achieve above –mentioned research objective, 8 research hypotheses were proposed. The statistical population of this study was 1853 people and its statistical sampling was selected in a way of clustering random sampling was selected in a way of clustering random sampling which fit with volume among each educational grad and consisted of 157 people. They answered two questionnaires (job quality and SOCIAL CAPITAL). The statistical methods which were used in this study have been Pearson Correlation and effect size. The results of data analysis show that there is a meaningful relationship between 8 components of WORK LIFE QUALITY (for pay, hygienic and safe work place, providing improvement opportunity and continuous security, Law – oriented in organization, social dependence of work life, general space of life, integration and social coherence and development of human capabilities) with dependent variable of SOCIAL CAPITAL with effect size in average.
