Abstract

Programme of economic, social and cultural developing are the main concern of each section and executive affairs are along with them. The role of women for organizations and developing programme designer has a vital and important priority at the present time. The researcher used content analysis to divide Status of women to 15 su-branches. The researchers wanted to know the status of women in Content of Developing programme after Reveloution. As the results reveal based on the content analysis by passing time from first programme to the fourth one, all the policy makers paid more attention to women rights and put enforce so many rules in organizations and their programmers'.
