Abstract

The main of this research is a survey on styles of organizing non-material resources in the Center Documents of the Country's Cultural Heritage. The method of study was descriptive survey and statistical population of the study was 19320 cards from six non-book resources of informatics organization of Naghsheh Jahan Center Station.531 cards gathered based on random sampling. They were classified based on Anglo-American Cataloging Rules and cards information extracted. Then, title, edition, press situation, descriptive material, cataloging, note taking and accessory conditions were studied. The data interpreted through SPSS software and X2. To assess analysis cataloging of abstracts, prefixeses and authors, descriptive documentary and key words according to dastnameha and idioms were investigated. The results indicated that 99.6% resources have subtitles, 66.8% author’s description, 21.2 authors and co-authors, 71.8% publication details, 29.8% material description, 59.9% note taking, 0.9% to other language and 19.2% have Anglo-American Cataloging Rules. 24.3% are authors and documentary organization.53.9% descriptions were under Asfa Idiom, 2% were technical and engineering. There was a significant difference between descriptive and analysis cataloging. It means there are more descriptive cataloging.
