Abstract

Man's social life is a melange of REALITY and responsibility. Mankind is different from one side in talent, knowledge and moral values and from the other side in motives, desires and needs. As a result, the outbreak of discrepancy is expected among them. No doubt, the whole human societies, regardless of their beliefs and directions, need justice and fair judgment to attain prosperity and security.The present article intends to prove that the ultimate goal of legal procedure in Islam is to discover REALITY, to administer justice and to terminate the SEASON of HOSTILITY. Besides, it elaborates on the ways to discover REALITY and administer justice in society.
