Abstract

Supervision and CONTROLling in the field of MANAGEMENT is controversial and challenging. It is obvious that being secular or religious influences one's behavior towards human and society. The same is true about one's view about MANAGEMENT, its goals, methods, evaluation, and CONTROLling. This study sought to study CONTROL and SUPERVISION from Imam Ali's point of view. Through some examples of Imam Ali's letters to others and his speeches, we endeavor to clarify his method of MANAGEMENT. It is hoped that it would be useful for those who intend to be good followers of Imam Ali specially in MANAGEMENT.
