Abstract

Allegory is one of the most important vehicles in rhetoric and analyzing its different STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> STRUCTURES can identify the importance degree of this artistic method in a writer or a poet’s individual STYLE.This article has studied STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> ALLEGORY and its different STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> STRUCTURES in STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078">RUMI’S STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> MATHNAWI.In STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> MATHNAWI’s didactic STYLE Rumi has used STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> ALLEGORY as the dominant rhetorical device to transmit his different kinds of moral, social mystical and philosophical teachings to his audience.Another important point is that comparing the frequencies of STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> ALLEGORY’s STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078"> STRUCTURES can show their importance degree in conveying STYLE="font-style:inherit;color:#ff0078">RUMI’S intentions.
