Abstract

 Affidavit to the Arabic language is one of the characteristics of PERSIAN PROSE in all courses. in the first period PERSIAN PROSE Despite the lack of the Arabic affidavit,, the author will translate it as Soon as mentions the phrase in Arabic. this norm exists throughout the Samanid period. After this the norm is seen in Ghaznavid and Seljuk period in the books as Sistan history that written in pursuance of period Samani prose in books and in Sofia ones. in spite of this many instances of Arabic phrases TRANSLATION can be found in Qabousnameh, Kalila & Dimna and Chaharmaqaleh. this kind of simple TRANSLATION which is intended to simplify the text for the reader is got to the apex in its own by ravandi as the auther of rahatolsodour (which his fluent TRANSLATIONs are well-known).With Further development of Arabic language in the PERSIAN PROSE this TRANSLATION is neglected gradually and formed a new type of TRANSLATION in which the author creates a Persian expression using the words and Arabic expressional subject including verse, hadith, poem, and proverb and then mention the Arabic expression. This type of TRANSLATION aiming of creating a broader field for rhetoric is translated in all technical prose works and is taken in to account as one of the specifications of prose. In this paper it is attempted to show These features that the difference between prose “Morsal”, (simple prose) facultative and TRANSLATION of technical Arabic terms is a defining STYLE characteristic.
