Abstract

In this research the high failure rate and very high cost and time of deployment of enterprise resource planning systems and also Evaluation Studies are necessary preparations before deploying the system in order to identify weaknesses, MCKINSEY 7S MODEL (strategy, structure, systems, skills, management style, staff and shared values) for assessing organizational readiness for implementing an enterprise resource planning system is being used. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed among a group of employees of 37-fold areas and company headquarters, who were randomly selected by cluster sampling from the entire staff. The reliability and validity of the model developed was tested using factor analysis and the analysis results indicate that the assessment of organizational readiness for enterprise resource planning (ERA) and 7S domains Mckinsey positive correlation there is a significant factor influencing skills to the maximum and minimum staff on preparations for the ERP implementation ones.
