Abstract

Nowadays, empowering employees is one of the controversial miracles to develop approaches for human resource and organizational development. This study attempts to explain and examine the organizational factors that influence PSYCHOLOGICAL EMPOWERMENT of employees in Ripi research methods, using the correlation matrix (covariance) descriptive and correlation analysis questionnaires were used to collect data and information the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient for content and construct validity. Factor analysis was used to assess construct validity (exploratory). Hypothesis testing and evaluation of causal relationship between independent and dependent variables were done by using structural equation modeling employing Lisrel software. In the end, guidelines were presented based on the obtained results.
