Abstract

By the emergence of the third millennium and changes in all dimensions of peoples life, the PARADIGM of the land have to must also be transformed for encountering the world and the new millennium. It's because that the today lifestyle of human beings is not proportional to the needs of the forming information society. Therefore, it is necessary to present a suitable pattern for planning of the land use in the age of information. By using the analytic - descriptive method, this article intends to criticize the present type of th the land use planning in the urban field. It also tries, by utilizing new and optimal methods for presenting a new concept of the planning system, to establ ish a new foundation called "virtual uses".
