Abstract

The purpose of the present research is to find the barriers and challenges to utilizing the research finding in GUIDANCE and COUNSELING in executive associations particularly COUNSELING centers. Therefore among from counselors and social workers working in COUNSELING centers and social working clinics of Tehran 135 individuals were selected through random sampling and tested. The results demonstrated that counselors and social workers have chosen psychological, organizational and humane factors as the most effective and major barriers to utilizing the RESEARCH FINDINGS in COUNSELING. Moreover, the findings indicated that education, career background and research conducting precedent are significantly correlated to one another.
