Abstract

The research purpose is to assess the psychometric properties of SATISFACTION WITH LIFE Scale; therefore, 400 university STUDENTS (200 males and 200 females) were selected through multi-stage random sampling and tested by SATISFACTION WITH LIFE Scale, happiness and depression. Results indicated that the internal consistency and the reliability of the scale equal to 85% and 77%, respectively. Factor analysis showed that SATISFACTION WITH LIFE scale is a single-factor measure. Moreover, this test is considered reliable in measuring the SATISFACTION WITH LIFE amongst STUDENTS.
