Abstract

The research purpose is to look into the relationship between EMOTION REGULATION, MENTAL STRESSES and BODY IMAGE with EATING DISORDERS of women in Ahvaz. The total sample comprised 145 females who were selected through the accessibility mode. "Emotion Regulation Questionnaire", Mental Stress Questionnaire, Eating Disorder Questionnaire and BODY IMAGE Questionnaire" were performed. The data acquired by the regression analysis demonstrated that MENTAL STRESSES, EATING DISORDERS and its related criteria were significantly, positively related to one another with regard to anorexia and hyperorexia; however, BODY IMAGE and EATING DISORDERS were significantly negatively related to one another.
