Abstract

This research has been conducted to investigate the relationship between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and JOB SATISFACTION. The statistical universe involved the employees of the educational offices in Abarkuh Province from which 285 People were selected through random, classified sampling and then tested by JOB SATISFACTION and EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE inventory. The results indicated that the EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE and JOB SATISFACTION are correlated to one another. There's also significant correlation between the two factors named self regulation and social skill with JOB SATISFACTION.
