Abstract

This paper investigates the SENSORLESS OPERATION of the brushless DC permanent magnet (BLDC-PM) motors based on the line to line FLUX FUNCTION. The three dimensional SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS of the line to line FLUX FUNCTION is provided. This analysis reveals the influence of the measurement error and motor parameters variation on the electrical torque and motor efficiency. Moreover, the dependency of the method to speed and load variation is studied. The effectiveness of the mentioned method is demonstrated through simulation results
