Abstract

Islamic Republic of IRAN’s Constitutional Law, PERSPECTIVE DOCUMENT and forth Development program are the most important primary documents to be used for a research about internal and external policies of IRAN. On the other hand it is more than three decades that Islamic Republic of IRAN has experienced and accumulated different layers of them in its FOREIGN POLICY text.Each one of these will reveal their true values while are compared and evaluated by existing primary documents from the theoretical and organizational dimensions. Regarding the above mentioned proposition, the research intends to examine the text of the9th and 10th government’s FOREIGN POLICY by DISCOURSE analysis method and constructionist theory.
