Abstract

Today, HIGHER EDUCATION is regarded as a subject suitale to special attention, so, it is necessary that the subject and its different aspects to be taken into consideration. KARAJ ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY was founded in the year 1363 and now it is regarded as a comprehensive unit. The article attempts to consider the FALLING QUALITY OF EDUCATION (failed and conditioned students) among students educating in Faculty of Law and political science as one of the university's Faculties with 1915 students. The study refers to second term of 1388 – 89 educational years and includes 62 FAILED AND CONDITIONED STUDENTS of the same year. The research intends to make a meaningful relation between variables such as age, occupation, marriage, diploma grade, place of living, on the one haud. The research methodology is based on description, exploration, case study, documentary, and descriptive statistics. The research is also following one variable approach.
