Abstract

There is no doubt that ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY since its establishment till now has played an important role in social and CULTURAL DEVELOPMENTS in the country. ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY, by enjoying a wide higher education networks throughout the country has brought about permanent effects in educational ground inside, and has been considered as one of the article concerns the influential role of the university in cultural area and the sub – cultures. Also, the influence of the university in remote areas has created new opportunities for interaction between different cultures and sub - cultures. Such an opportunity is the main cause of CULTURAL RELATIVISM.
