Abstract

The policies in accordance with GLOBALIZATION necessitate training people who have ability to perceive its frameworks. In this regard, the educational management, knowledge and application of theories and its executive policies are part of necessities to keep on pace with GLOBALIZATION in favour of every country’s development. However, there are some obstacles in the way of training people who can comply with GLOBALIZATION in the process of education.To eliminate these obstacles, it is necessary paying attention to policies such as participatory management and global relations management, and to avoid the traditional internalist management policy as well. This is what the present article follows to explain it.
