Abstract

The parpose of persent study was to investigate the relationships between staffs' FORGIVENESS, INTIMACY and love with marital satisfaction at Islamic azad university of ahvaz. Participants were 180 injured employee which selected via stratified random sampling in 1390. Family FORGIVENESS questionnaire, INTIMACY scale, questionnaire about LOVE AND MARITAL SATISFACTION questionnaire were used for collecting data. This study was a correlation research and results indicated that there are significant positive correlation between FORGIVENESS and marital satisfaction (r=0.72). Also there was positive correlation between INTIMACY and marital satisfaction (r=0.40) and there was positive correlation between LOVE AND MARITAL SATISFACTION (r=0.78). Findings suggested that there was multicarrelation between variables and FORGIVENESS was the most predictive variable for marital satisfaction. The significant level in this study was p<0.05.
