Abstract

This study was conducted to assess the influence of the education and SELF DIFFERENTIATION on reducing the rate of ANXIETY and increasing the self confidence among boy students in divorced families. 20 boy students of divorced families at random were placed in two groups (10 persons): experimental and control group. The used inventory in this research was "Zank ANXIETY" inventory and coper-smith self confidence questionnaire. Therapy interventions were performed during 10 meetings in 45 minutes(2 meetings in a week).present research was a kind of experimental designs(design of pre-test and post-test with control group).The results of a test of covariance and test showed that the education of SELF DIFFERENTIATION have influenced to reduce the rate of ANXIETY and increase the self confidence in CHILDREN OF DIVORCED FAMILIES with coefficient 0.95.According to the results of this research, education of self-differentiation is suggested to counselors and psychotherapies that it is used as an useful method for ANXIETY therapy in adolescents.
