Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the comparison between Couple burnout, FAMILY FUNCTIONING and INTIMACY among men and women employees in National Iranian South Oil Company. The sample included 200 employees (100 men and 100 women) who selected through simple random sampling and Morgan Table. Pines Couple burnout Scale, FAD functioning Family Assessment Device and Vaker and Tampson INTIMACY Scale were used for collecting the data. Results of multivariate analysis of variance indicated that there was significant difference between men and women in Couple burnout, also significant difference was found between men and women in INTIMACY. But in attachment styles there was not significant difference between men and women.
