Abstract

The aim of this research was the relationship of WORKING LIFE QUALITY, JOB ATTACHMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH with ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT of meli bank personnels of Ahvaz. The sample of this research was 200 male personnels that they were selected based on simple random sampling. measurement tool consisted of WORKING LIFE QUALITY inventory of Mirsepasy, JOB ATTACHMENT inventory of Edvards and kilpatric, ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH inventory of Tamimy nezhad, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT inventory of Maier and Alen. research plan was from corrrlation type. Data analysis showed that ther is mraning ful positive relationship between WORKING LIFE QUALITY and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. there is meaning ful positive relationship between JOB ATTACHMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. there is meaning ful positive relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. regression result showed that there is multiple relationship between WORKING LIFE QUALITY, JOB ATTACHMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH with ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, and WORKING LIFE QUALITY best ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT prediction.
