Abstract

The three-letter spiritual and material word of “Vaghf” is one of the most efficacious and applicable social, economical and cultural subjects in the Far East and it is sum of property that benevolent and generous remove from their own personal property according to their choice and expediency and return it to its real ownership, i.e, generous and creator God to be used by the public. Among Aryaee ancestors, Muslims and especially people of ancient and ISLAMic Iran, Vaghf is of old and long background and from the age of Omavian rule and certainly from Hesham Ibn Abd-al-malek time, Vaghfs office was managed under the supervision of Sadr- al- Voghouf and from the past up to the present among different nations, Iran and present world has been accompanied with quantitative and qualitative tastes and desires by preaching. During human history, the Vaghf factor has been of determinative and effective role in people’s life continuation and also founding of offices, institutes, and institutions and cultural, social and economical centers and it can be said that the Vaghf factor in all different periods of history of any land especially ancient and ISLAMic land of Iran and religion and rituals of human society including Zoroastrians, Jews, Christians, Muslims and other divine religions is not only the origin of benevolence but the factor of DEVELOPment and advancement and very effective material and spiritual movements for advancement and spread of their own age societies.
