Abstract

Planning of urban land use is set of activities which arranges human environment with to according & needs of urban society & this form the main subject of urban planning.Today urbanization without planning was made the arranges in features of land use in the cities. In fact, ultimate goods of planning of land use are ecological balance & social justice. So in practically, it is impossible without appropriate strategy and high management.This paper start using GIS so (using of AHP approach) condition of urban using & in qualitative evaluation, proportion with urban standard & per capita were analyzes. It lead to URBAN DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY (SWOT technique), optimize management of planning land using with emphasizing on urban green Environment using. The results of AHP approach showed land use of district 1 in zanjan city with emphasis on adjustment elements is not in suitable condition, also SWOT results showed that strategies of green space area development of district 1 in zanjan city closes to aggressive strategy & Authorities should treat utilize from Strength & Opportunities move Forward to these strategies.
