Abstract

IntroductionVillage, the oldest form of human settlements and rural areas is one of the oldest forms of human social life. The quality of its development and its infrastructure, Due to the unpleasant and centralized planning of the past, has created major issues in the development of villages in the country. Various dimensions and structural complexity of this subject, one of the main bottlenecks in supplying a suitable model for credit distribution is counting. In order to solve problems caused by regional imbalances, the first step is to identify and level the villages in terms of enjoying different fields. In fact, areas that are marginalized and backward. And they are stuck in the way of progress. Or have been hit by the negative consequences of urban growth. Call attention to space and surface area, In the allocation of resources and departmental and physical planning. Therefore, using appropriate methods and models of decision making, that has the ability to combine multiple indexes, Display the level of development. It is very important. Due to regional imbalances in Iran, we need to understand the issues and the context for sustainable development.
