Organizational Intelligence Strategies and the Quality of Services

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to examine relationship between Organizational intelligence and the Quality of services given by the Libraries of Allameh Tabataba’ i University. The statically community of this survey includes tow community: all managers and librarians of Allameh Tabataba’ i University libraries all graduate students (MA and Ph. D. ) the sampling method of this study was stratified sampling. The data were collected by Albrecht OI questionnaire and Libqual questionnaire. The tool used for data analysis was multivariate regression and Pearson correlation test. Research results showed that the overall Organizational intelligence predicted Quality of services in libraries of Allameh Tabatabai University. Research results also showed that there is significant relationship between overall Organizational intelligence and Quality of services.
