Abstract

Dissatisfaction of the organization members or a large group of people is threatening to social order and organization operation, since consistency and expansion of it causes the missing of people's commitment to value system and system's purposes and their confidence to other members and it will be the source of many social anomic. So the most important purpose in this research is to consider and recognize the effective factors in teachers dissatisfaction of occupation and presentation of some practicable and suitable remedies for increasing their satisfaction. The method of research is a combination of documentary and survey methods. The population that has been studied is 775 people of high school teachers of first district education of Rasht. 110 people have been chosen as random sample by Cokran formula. Tools for amassing the research, is a questionnaire including 16 questions that coefficient of Alfa kronbakh (for deliberation it's permanent) for questions which relate to first to forth theory was (0/64, 0/72, 0/60, 0/73) respectively, that proved high capability of reliability and validity of research tool. For analyzing and resolution the details (SPSS) software had been used. In descriptive statistic, frequency, density and in presumption statistic, (T) test for measuring theory has been used. The results show that there is an expressive relation among material and moral NEEDs which haven't been satisfied, decreasing social esteem, amount of privation feeling, decreasing teacher's promotion and dissatisfaction of their jobs.
